Why Start With Why?
Simon Sinek teaches, if you truly want to inspire others then you must Start With Why. At Aligned we believe that in order for our clients to have the greatest probability of achieving their goals they must begin with their personal why. Some may call this your beliefs or values. At Aligned we help our clients discover their Why with a tool we call the Financial Road Map™. Clients that go through the Financial Road Map™ exercise will start to uncover whats most important to them. They will begin to discover their Why. We believe that this is important for several reasons. First, without a clear understanding of your values, how can you measure whether or not your goals are in line with what you really want? Once you are able to clearly articulate and understand your Why success in achieving your goals will increase and decisions regarding your finances will become easier.

Second, once you have laid out your goals and values your advisors need to know what they are. You want to make sure that every recommendation given, product suggested and time spent is spent going in the direction you want to go.
